Piezoelectric Ceramic type detonation generator, when the engine is shaking, the Piezo Ceramic inside is squeezed to produce an electrical signal. The piezoelectric resonance sensor is most widely used. It is generally installed on the upper part of the engine block, and the mechanical vibration generated by detonation is transformed into signal voltage by piezoelectric effect. Resonance occurs when the vibration frequency (about 6000Hz) of the detonation is consistent with the natural frequency of the piezoelectric effect sensor itself. At this time, the sensor will output a very high detonation signal voltage to the ECU, which corrects the ignition time in time to avoid detonation.
