According to REACH Regulation (version on Oct. 18, 2018), Piezoelectric Ceramic elements was exempted in REACH Regulations ANNEX XVII, 63.8.(k)(iv) as following:

63.8. As an exemption from Article 7, the following products are not subject to control:

(k)(iv) Directive 2011/65/EU EU RoHS2.0.

Zibo Yuhai company`s products are therefore exempted by REACH regulations.
